THE CONTENT WILL ADDRESS THE KEY ELEMENTS OF THE BRIEF AS WELL AS INCORPORATE MATERIAL FROM THE HN04 TOPIC - IT WILL ADDITIONALLY INCLUDE REFERENCES TO THE LATVIAN TRADITION.
